Function: A bright pheasant made of flames bursts from either the ground or an existing source of flame that is within seven meters of the user. This cannot be formed within one meter of a hostile ninja. The bird is two meters wide and one meter long, with four trails of flame that follow it for up to fourteen meters (fifteen total). This jutsu explodes at the user's will in a twenty meter blast that radiates from the pheasant.
Upon creation, the user chooses a target, and this jutsu will 'pursue' the target via the most direct route. It will avoid obstacles the user sees when the jutsu is initially cast, but after the hand seals are finished, it will not take notice of any new obstacles.
