Appearance: Wind chakra coats the user's shuriken.
Function: By infusing wind chakra into their shuriken, the user can make them spin and control them in the air. In other words, the user can make thrown shuriken spin at a speed equal to this jutsu as well as change direction at up to a forty five degree angle as long as it is within 15 meters. This can only be used on two shuriken before it goes on cooldown, and each shuriken can only change direction once. Each shuriken is also coated in wind chakra equal to the jutsu's power that radiates a millimeter off the weapon, making it do jutsu damage in addition to weapon damage. This does not harm the shuriken.
