Appearance: After the user forms the handseals, lightning chakra quickly coalesces on a hand of the user's choosing, extending outwards in a 10 centimeter radius around the palm. This technique is accompanied by a loud chirping sound, which can be heard from up to 80 feet away.
Function: The user summons a high concentration of lightning chakra to their hand before charging the opponent. This technique is designed to pierce the target directly, and grants the user +75 speed for this attack. This buff stacks safely with active boosters, but in turn makes the user experience extreme tunnel vision, only able to see directly in front of them. Due to this is it next to impossible for the user to either change direction or react to counterattacks. The Sharingan is the only counter to this issue, and as such the Chidori/Raikiri are mainly used by members of the Uchiha clan. The lightning chakra can be maintained for up to four posts, but dispels into the victim after use, effectively electrocuting them to death. Electrocution can be resisted with a durability stat higher than the power of this jutsu, but it does not enable them to resist the initial piercing of Chidori.
