Appearance: A near invisible wall that pulses with rainbow light.
Function: A barrier made of prismatic colored chakra appears an inch from the user's extended hand. It is ten meters wide and ten meters tall, but a mere 3 millimeters thick. Should an attack come into contact with the barrier, the barrier's durability will be deducted from its power. Should the jutsu's power reach zero, it fizzles away in a non-blinding explosion of light. When this happens, the jutsu's power will be subtracted from Prismatic Barrier's durability, leaving it weaker to future attacks. Should the jutsu's durability ever reach zero, it will shatter harmlessly. The user has the option to repair the barrier if it is damaged by repaying the activation cost, but the duration of this technique isn't reset if this is done.
Should something be in the way of the barrier at formation, it will stop at that location and not reach its full size.
