Appearance: A dark, swirling vortex of chakra that rotates around the user.
Function: A dark vortex of space time energy forms around the user at jutsu speed. Anything that comes into contact with the barrier must possess a health or durability equal to or greater than the power of the jutsu to avoud being rent asunder by the vortex of twisting space It extends one meter off of the user, but doesn't harm the user. All attacks that come into contact with the barrier will be reduced by the jutsu's durability, not counting genjutsu. If this number reaches zero, the techniques will fizzle out, and in the case of solid jutsu like earth release, disintegrate. Due to the way it's formed, in a 35 meter radius around the user, teleportation and phasing techs used in that area will be reduced by the jutsu's power. Should their power reach zero, they will fail. Should they not have a power, they will be treated as having the base power for that rank.
