Function: The user shoots a single glowing yellow dart at the foe which travels at jutsu speed in a straight line for thirty five meters. Depending on the target's durability, this has different effects. Should the target have 40 or less durability than this jutsu, they will be killed if struck in a vital area or receive -40 speed if struck in a non vital area. Should the target have within 39 durability of this jutsu, they will receive -25 speed. Should the target have durability higher than this jutsu, they will not receive a debuff but will still receive damage.
