Function: This allows the kage of a village (or someone with their kage's permission) to app a 'Sensory' village upgrade with a reflective surface- such as a bowl of oil, a crystal ball, a mirror, etc. They can monitor anyone in a five kilometer radius who they know and have spent at least 1,000 words in the presence of, as well as their immediate surroundings (15 meter radius). This technique will be closely monitored for metagaming.
