Appearance: Yellow electricity emits from the user’s hands and takes the appearance of a Snake before attacking a target. The snake is 1 meter long and 2 inches thick with its tail connecting to the user’s hand.
Function: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user forms their lightning chakra into yellow electricity surrounding one of their hands which takes the shape of a Snake. The user can then use this electric Snake to attack a target up to 20 meters away at jutsu speed. The snake travels in a straight line. If the snake-electricity hits someone/something then they will become paralyzed for 2 posts if their durability is less than jutsu power.
The electric Snake remains attached to the user’s hands for 3 posts or until it is used to attack a target, whichever comes first. If nothing is attacked within 3 posts the electricity simply dissipates
