Function: The user summons wind chakra towards either hand and performs a horizontal slashing motion, launching a wind arc that travel up to 50 meters. It can slice through any material as long as the jutsu's power is greater than the material's durability. It also has the potential to slice a person in half due to the sharpness of the arc if the jutsu's power is greater than the person's durability. If the person's durability is greater than the jutsu's power, the jutsu can still dig deep into the skin but will not slice them in half.
