Appearance: An enormous dragon made entirely of water is created and directed at a target. It’s body is 30 meters in length from its nose to its tail and 10 meters thick.
Function: After performing the required hand seals, the user creates an enormous ‘dragon’ out of a pre-existing water source or by expelling water chakra from their mouth. The dragon is then directed by the user’s will to attack a target or targets. The water ‘dragon’ cannot go further than 50 meters from the user or it returns to being normal water. The ‘dragon’ moves at jutsu speed and will remain until 3 posts have gone by, it reaches 50 meters from the user, or the user chooses to end the jutsu prematurely. The ‘dragon’ moves like a snake would when directed by the user. The user can only direct it to move and lunge at a target, nothing more.
