Appearance: A pearly-white colored mist with thickness that depends on how much additional chakra is added to the mist.
Function: The user creates a white haze with either an existing source of water or from their mouth. The mist can travel up to 20 meters radius from the epicenter at jutsu speed, and the thickness can completely obscure the eyesight of those who are within or near the mist's eyesight. If casting from a source of water, the technique can be performed on either being in a body of water or at least be within at least 3 meters of water.
Dojutsu such as the Sharigan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan are able to see through the user's mist. However, both the Sharigan and Rinnegan cannot locate where the user is exactly due to the mist being created by the user's chakra.
This jutsu can be dispelled by any technique capable of applying large force to an area (I.E., sound waves, a wind technique) greater than this one in power.
Once the jutsu duration is up, or the user chooses to cancel it early, the mist dissipates.
