Appearance: An exact replicated copy of the user, but if met with brute force, will dispel in a pool of water.
Function: The user is able to create an exact copy of themselves with the use of an existing source of water if they are within 5 meters (16 feet) of said existing source. The clones appear at the jutsu's speed. The user is also able to create more than one copy, but anymore than one clone each made will require an additional chakra point (if one clone is made, +1 CP, if two is made, +2, etc), creating a maximum of three clones.
The clone's stats are exactly the same as the user, but they can only perform C-Rank water jutsu due to the nature of the Water Clone Technique's rank itself. Armor and weaponry are not replicated. If the clone is met with any direct and powerful impact (undefended), it will dissolve into water. Water jutsu performed by the clones share the same cooldown as the user.
