Function: Upon making contact with a target, the user seals away their chakra. Should their chakra be less than the power of this jutsu, their chakra will be effectively cut in half (rounded down) and all jutsu will have the next rank's stamina cost until the seal is broken. Should the target's durability be less than half the power of this jutsu, they will pass out for 4 posts in addition to having their chakra sealed. This seal requires all five fingers to make contact to work.
