Appearance: A silvery grey metal.
Function: Enables the user to create steel from existing iron in their body, or manipulate existing sources of steel through the use of jutsu. Primarily used to create weapons and armor, Steel Release weapons are all generic and can have no custom effects. In other words, the user can generate generic weaponry such as katana, kunai, senbon, caltrops, etc, but they cannot create a weapon as if they were registering it. All items created in this manner must be registered as a jutsu. Steel release objects last the duration of the topic, but cannot be transferred between topics.
Requirements: Must be a Chuseki ninja, or taught by one. Cannot learn second hand.
