Element Name: Thunder Release
Components: Wind, Lightning
Appearance: Invisible to the naked eye, but manifests as deafening sound blasts.
Function: By manipulating air waves and infusing them with lightning energy, the user creates concussive bursts of sound. By learning this element, the user becomes immune to their own sound waves, but anyone else within a 10 meter radius of a Thunder Release technique will find their eardrums under assault. Should they have equal or higher durability than the jutsu's power, they will be immune to deafening. Should their durability be above half the jutus's power, they will become disoriented and not be able to perceive audio cues for one post. Should their durability be below half the jutsu's power, they will be deafened until treated with a medical jutsu of equal or higher power than the Thunder Release jutsu that caused their deafness.
Requirements: Must be a Shima ninja or taught by one. Cannot learn second hand.
