Element Name: Toxin Release
Components: Water, Earth
Appearance: Viscous liquid or gas manipulated by the user.
Function: The user manipulates their own body liquids and minerals to create alkaloids, which can be expelled as a gas or as a stream of liquid. Each can be manipulated by the use of jutsu. The effects of said toxins are stated in the jutsu, but can be replaced with toxins registered by the user at will. Despite the harsh name of the element, some Toxin Release jutsu are medicinal in nature and can be used to treat injury.
Requirements: Must be a Numachi shinobi or taught by one. Cannot learn second hand.
