Bloodline Name: Hydrification
Bloodline Functions: By spending 5 chakra per post, Hozuki can transform completely into water at a speed equal to their chakra stat. Alternatively, by spending 3 chakra per post, Hozuki can choose to transform single limbs. While in this state, they are considered to be elementally weak to lightning jutsu, but attacks not infused with chakra will pass right through them. They reform at a speed equal to their chakra stat as well. The user, while liquefied, has an amount of control over their body as well. They can reshape their body while made of water at will, as long as the overall volume of water doesn't change. For reference, body parts change shape at speed stat, and sharpened body parts have a weapon power equal to strength stat. Characters born with Hydrification always have water as their first element.
Bloodline Traits:
-Water Veil: Hozuki with this trait ignore the volume requirement of reshaping their body, instead able to become 50% larger or smaller while water. When they reform, their body goes back to its original dimensions.
-Mist: Instead of changing into water, with this trait, the Hozuki can instead elect to change into mist. While made of mist, the lightning disadvantage is replaced by an elemental weakness to wind.
-Hozuki Enhanced Chakra: The chakra strain from Hydrification has permanently altered some Hozuki's chakra networks, enhancing the chakra stat by +50.
