Appearance: The user manipulates liquids rich in iron, most notably their own blood.
Function: This advanced element allows users with the Ketsuryugan to manipulate their own blood. Occasionally the blood from other people may be manipulated as well, but it must be out of their body. All forms of blood and/or other iron manipulation must be registered as jutsu.

EXP: Free with Ketsuryugan. If implanted, costs 50 exp.
