Function: The icy surface freezes over things in its path, trapping them under the frozen surface. Creatures trapped can break out so long as their strength beats the Durability of this technique. Any creature without Ice Release must apply the 'Chakra Adhesion' jutsu while walking on it or have their stability greatly compromised while walking on it.
The length of the technique is set in stone, but can be split in any two lengths. This means that it can be applied to twenty meters in front of its user, or split into five meters to the left of its casting and fifteen meters behind. These dimensions must be explicitly stated at its casting.
