Mission Summary: A missing-nin from Sakyugakure has been captured in the Grass Country. The Daimyō of Grass has refused to extradite him back to the Sun, insisting that he face trial under their jurisdiction. It is of particular importance that this individual be brought back to Sakyugakure, but peace with the Grass Country is also of importance - his retrieval will need to be careful.
The first order of business is to find out where in the country he is being held before trial. The town of Soyokaze holds the largest legal archive in the country, and it is likely that some information on his case will be held there. The objective is to infiltrate this archive and gather as much information possible on this missing-nin's case - ideally current location, the date of the trial, and its location. If the participants are identified as Sakyugakure shinobi, or leave evidence to reasonably lead them to be deduced as such, the mission is a failure. If the participants leave evidence that the archives were infiltrated or disturbed by an outside party at all, the ryo rewards are halved.
