Jutsu Name: Harsh Chain Prism Jutsu Rank: C Jutsu Element: N/A
Required Specialization: Taijutsu Handseals: N/A
Jutsu Power: User’s Strength +25 Jutsu Speed: User’s Speed +25 Jutsu Durability: N/A
Appearance: A precise series of nine knuckle strikes delivered to the torso, or center of the target’s body. Function: This technique is meant to tighten and exhaust the target’s muscle structure by attacking their pressure points. Any physical motion becomes more strenuous to perform and more quickly exhausts the target. Techniques that cost stamina have that cost increased by 5 while this effect is active. Any post in which an affected target moves a substantial amount, more than 10 meters, drains them of 2 stamina. Targets with a Durability stat 10 greater than the Power of this technique block its effect’s activation.
The target must sustain at least three of the strikes in a single post to be inflicted with this ability. The effect lasts for two posts. All nine strikes must be declared in a single post, but the combo can be ended early if the user chooses to do so. Cooldown: 4 Posts Duration: N/A
Cost to use: 5 Stamina Hidden: No EXP: 15 Requirements: Possess in character knowledge of pressure points through a Trait, Bloodline, Technique or Skill.

This seems more like an instant duration thing- how many strikes have to land for it to take effect? If its two posts full, it might be taken advantage of.
Also, let's define a substantial amount so people don't try to scum it later- a distance in meters, perhaps?
