Element Name: Shine Release
Components: Wind + Lightning
Appearance: Bright, but not necessarily blinding, lights.
Function: The user adds an electric charge to the wind itself to create a glowing catalyst for jutsu that can burn, shock, and cut. Shine Release has no elemental weaknesses, but no elemental advantages, instead dealing neutral damage in a jutsu clash. Most Shine Release jutsu are applied to weapons, but it can be used on its own as ninjutsu to produce frightening results nonetheless.
