These jutsu can be taught to non clan members, but techniques learned in this manner have double EXP cost. Macuil clansmen who refuse to take on this trait upon creation are described as having a birth defect which naturally suppresses the capability of forming such a unique chakra form, effectively becoming unable to learn said techniques.

[break]-Pact Seal: By increasing the cost of space-time ninjutsu, a Macuil with this trait can negate their handseals entirely. This trait cannot be used on X-Ranked jutsu. The increased costs can be found below:
