Kishi Yuki
Rank:A
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Appearance: Kishi has a somewhat androgynous figure to her appearance with her thin build, but of course could still be distinguished by her extremely and surprisingly feminine voice. Her height is slightly below average at 5'3" and weighs 115 lb due to her build. She has bright red eyes with long black hair that is usually loose that the top is often covered by her black general hat with a golden trim under it. Her outfits usually consist with suits, let them be with a tie or something that represents and pushes authority with gloves, usually black or white. She completes her outfit with black combat boots or dress shoes. Very rarely would she wear something outside of suits, but it isn't necessarily something that can be out of the ordinary.
Village: Sakyugakure
Clan: Yuki
Bloodline: Icy Blood
Clan/Bloodline Traits: Nimble, One-Handed Seals, Medicinal Prowess
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Personality: Kishi is a very down to earth woman. She isn't one to beat around the bush when it comes to expressing her thoughts, especially if it has ill intent or an excuse to tell someone off. She is no stranger to being blunt and straightforward person with her views. Because of her rather no filtered and brutal honesty, she's seen as critical and censorious. That's not to say she's extremely direct all the time. After all, she knows when to tone it down. However, she has no issue telling a fib or two if it benefits her or anyone else in her small social circle and clan.
Albeit she's very frank (more than needed), Kishi doesn't bite when someone approaches her. At least, not too hard or much. She always appears more on the calmer and relaxed side, smoking or drinking some of the time. Although she likes to keep to herself, so socializing isn't exactly her biggest strength beyond a professional conversation such as missions or other business work. She isn't as vicious or aggressive as the rumors say. If anything, she can be bit of an awkward mess, but holding up basic conversation is somewhat of a skill of hers.
But that doesn't withdraw the fact that she can be vicious or malicious and her temper can be the blame. Kishi isn't exactly known to be the most patient person in the world nor someone with high tolerance. It's a gift to even hold even the tiniest amount of tolerance and patience for the young woman. She doesn't hold back when she lashes out and isn't even afraid to lay a hand on someone. She holds no limits to what she does or say whenever she's enraged, although most of the time doesn't have any actual ill intent behind her words and actions; just needed to blow off some steam.
As serious and stern Kishi may seem to be, she can have her playful and jolly moments, especially when it comes to alcohol and smoking. Though, her playful and jolly side is rather more on the twisted and cruel spectrum. She can be extremely inconsiderate, although in her defense she wouldn't see much wrong with what she says (but sometimes that excuse is used on purpose). Her sadistic persona is more drawn out this way with laughing at someone's inconvenience, whether it's a simple trip to the ground or something a little more severe.
Despite her intimidating appearance and rather a hostile-ish personality, Kishi will always ave her manners (unless she decides to drop them). She respect those that deserve it and can surprisingly be seen as someone with a soft heart. Although, she doesn't show such a side too easily. To her, showing kindness is weakness, so it's best for her to always appear strict and cold. Now that doesn't mean she's like that all the time per se, but it's safe to say Kishi isn't a complete monster.
History: Kishi Yuki wasn't always the hard and isolated woman she was today. There was, in fact, a different side to her that no one but her parents and sister knew. She was more warm, understanding, cheerful, and most of all, a mother figure of the sort before her transition to Sakyugakure.
She originally hailed from Chusekigakure with two loving parents, Mira and Hazuko. They were both well known artists in both textile and paintings that both shared a passion for art ever since their childhood days. They found love at a young age and could only hope that their love would rage on until death separated them. Eventually they came to bring in two adoring children into the harsh tundra: Kishi, who was the eldest daughter and Sona, who came right after Kishi five years later. The young couple have passed on their passion for art onto their children who have also became deeply interested in art. Kishi has took on painting while Sona, like the majority of other Yuki clan members, took on textile.
The tension among the clan was very high, but the two sisters still tried to live out their ordinary-ish lives as not only shinobi of the village, but as what they were: sisters. Sona had always looked up to Kishi as guidance. Compared to her much younger sister, Kishi had proved herself to be a very sufficient shinobi and one of the very few exceptionally skilled members of not just within her clan, but also in the village. Not only that, but Kishi had demonstrated strong leadership, extremely nurturing, and always knew the right things to say for both comfort and advice. Sona, on the other hand, was somewhat of the opposite of what Kishi was. Immature, loud, nosy, but even then she was adventurous and imaginative; two qualities that Kishi somewhat lacked. The two sisters complemented each other very well with the traits they lacked. It was as if nothing could separate them.
For the very most part in their time in Chusekigakure, their lives went well. That was, unfortunately, until a civil war broke out when the second Yamakage was suddenly passed away when Kishi was 20. All clans were at each other's neck. They killed and died in the name of their clans while others went to seek protection from the war. Even children were being used as weapons and murdered ruthlessly by opposing clans that wanted them dead. Like the minority that fled for protection, Kishi's family did the same. The last thing they wanted was to witness either their own children or parents slaughtered in the crossfire.
But it was only a matter of time before their mother was killed during the war in the hands of a Kaguya clan member right before the family's eyes. It was a very clear yet vivid memory to relive. While Kishi, Sona, and Hazuko looked for Mira, they witnessed her slouched on a wall of a small local store. She was already bloodied with only a few moments of life in her as the only thing she could do was plead for mercy. Right then and there, they witnessed her mother impaled by one of the bones of the Kaguya clan member.
Before Kishi even knew what she was doing, she charged at the Kaguya clan member head on. Immediate blows were delivered to the members. She didn't know how much she launched nor knew how brutal they were until her father had to pull back. That was when Kishi realized the blood that painted over fists and the mutilation left on the Kaguya's face. Hazuko could only try to help console and calm Kishi while Sona looked on in complete terror at the corpse. It didn't take long for Hazuko to quickly snap both of them back to reality and lead them to safety. Yet safety was far from what the village had any of left. The only thing they could do was flee. Flee from not just the village, but the country as a whole. They needed a new home.
For the next few months, they stopped by a few small cities that were underdeveloped for the majority of their travel in both the Mountain and shifting into the Sun Country. To their luck, some were even riddled in crime and gangs. Kishi and her family eventually had to adapt to the lifestyle in order to survive while trying to hold onto their mortality. To their dismay, they ended up killing a few innocent civilians to get by for their resources and whatever else that would aid the family. During their travel, Kishi's point of view in life began to sink into a more negative and skeptical light while Sona and Hazuko clung onto the little hope that the entire family held.
When Kishi became 21, they stumbled across one of the first major villages in the shinobi world formed: Sakyugakure. The family, mainly Kishi, had their doubts that a prosperous country wouldn't dare to try to take in outsiders like the Yuki. Not only that, but they were extremely sensitive to the heat that the village offered. Strangely enough, at least to Kishi, they were taken into the village with open arms. They were allowed to stay an start their lives with a clean slate in a village that they would officially call their new home.
What they called home was worse than where they came from. They had to start from scratch to rebuild what they once had in Chusekigakure in Sakyugakure. Hazuko and Sona took a break from the shinobi life and started a painting school while Kishi pursued her path as a shinobi, regularly taking on missions to help provide for her family. Kishi had faced some discrimination from natives of the village she worked with, but she was blessed to control her temper and kept her cool.
If only the same could be done for Hazuko and Sona's business. Not only had it been failing, but was also being harassed by other businesses whose wealth flourished and nobles who wanted to picked on the two for their own cruel amusement. They even went as far as to destroy their artwork and their store, and almost taking their lives. The two weren't strong enough to defend themselves, the only thing they could do was take it all in and hope for the best.
Once Kishi heard the news of what happened, she immediately began plotting her revenge on those that terrorized her family and tarnish their businesses one by one. Destroying their property and even sunk to their level as to take lives of those that not only worked in said businesses, but those that ran it. Although she wasn't mindful of the attention she garnished for her crimes. She was eventually caught by authorities and thrown into prison to rot and suffer through tortures.
But luck seemed to side with the young woman when the Taiyokage herself, the dreadful rumors she heard of this figure, Sayaka, visited her in prison. Kishi had no interest in wanting to speak to the kage, but a proposition was what caught her attention. The kage stated how impressed she was with Kishi's overall prowess alongside her kekkei genkai that was opposite of the village's environment. In return of Kishi working for Sayaka, the Taiyokage would grant special protection for her family to ensure that they would no longer be harmed by potential threats that roamed around the village.
Kishi felt like she was making a deal with the devil if she were to accept, but she had no choice but to do so. Even if her values were far from what Sayaka had, If it meant protecting her family, then it didn't matter what happened to Kishi herself or where would she end up. For now, she had to serve the Taiyokage until time could guide to whatever was in store for her.

(For context, this is Yakubi, my raikage from another site)
The once lively and hearty atmosphere that was the sake den turned into a majority of complete silence of shock and fear. But it was most definitely the fear that made most stop dead in their tracks. The small percentage of people that still chatted away were nobles that worked "closely" with the important figure that entered in the area. It was still one of the many perks Yakubi enjoyed as being the Raikage as she stepped into the den. With a very smug smile plastered on her face and a cigarette trapped in between her two lips, she blew a light cloud of smoke from the corner of her mouth that made a small hole.
And Yakubi was in a very good mood.
The woman happily approached to the bar with one hand shoved into her pocket and the other pulled the cigarette from her lips and huffed a larger cloud of smoke. She threw herself onto a stool and gently tapped the cigarette behind the counter to let ash drop. Albeit it was a dangerous and careless act, it didn't matter to her if the den were to suddenly catch on fire and ruin everything in and out of it. The village was rich, the sake den could always be rebuilt to even better conditions.
The meek bartender slowly approached to the important figure before he shakily bowed to the woman, most likely out of panic. "H-Hello Lady Raikage. W-Welcome to the sake den! What w-would you like to drink?" He cooed while his hands were folded in front of him. If Yakubi were to guess, he looked like a young man new to the job. She almost felt a little bad for him; she couldn't help but smirk at the nervousness. She was just about ready to tease and verbally harass the hell out of him.
But that was before she noticed someone sulked at the end of the other bar with a drink in their hand. Usually Yakubi wouldn't give the time of day to anyway who decides to be depressed. What actually made her change her mind to advance toward the sulked drinker and leave behind the bartender was one crucial feature that gave her an immediate headache: blonde hair. Freaking blonde hair. It was also one of the biggest mistakes Yakubi has ever done as Raikage, but it was an interesting image to look at: the usual annoying and frustrating assistant to be with was all but freakishly energetic.
Yakubi appeared behind her assistant before she slapped her free hand on her back as hard as she could. "The fuck's wrong with you?" She asked with a rough voice and sat down next to the surprisingly sorrowed woman.
But for some reason, Yakubi felt bad seeing her assistant like this. Not like she gave a single damn in the world or anything, but it was just strange. Usually Yakubi would be the one to sulk in her sorrows whenever she saw Sasha about with her annoying bubbly energy radiating the village. In fact, she was surprise she had yet to punch her own assistant. To actually see her in an opposite state was interesting, but somehow depressing. Poor thing. No, no, Yakubi didn't care. She wasn't supposed to care. She was only curious with what was wrong with her.
She couldn't help but cock an eyebrow at the drunk blonde woman who brought a bench for the already sitting woman. She was a lot more tipsy than Yakubi anticipated. Things must've been that bad for her. "Uh, do you not see I'm-" She paused to rub both eyes with a hand and shook her head. "Fuck it." She muttered under her breath as she heavily sighed. Yakubi got up from her current seat and sat in the one kindly brought to her by her assistant.
Yakubi froze up a little when she noticed Sasha scooted closer to her. As it would've been expected from the Raikage, she would've shoved her assistant off the bench as a way of warning her about personal space. Instead, she decided to let this go this one time before she'd actually do it when her assistant would be more sober. When Yakubi settled down, Sasha went on with her woes, mainly with the whole village, including the Raikage herself. Well, obviously.
"What can I say? You're clanless. Of course people aren't going to like you. It's common knowledge that this village has a distaste for you." Yakubi cackled as she took a big sip of her alcohol. Sasha wasn't exactly wrong with Yakubi dreaming about killing her own assistant since the moment she met her, but she wouldn't do it so carelessly. Sure she may have founded Kiganegakure and could do it anyway, but it was unfortunate to say that Sasha was a very valuable asset to the village and wouldn't kill someone so important over a strong dislike.
Just for a split second, a concerned expression was all over Yakubi's face when Sasha mentioned about wanting to pass out. As much as Yakubi would love to see her assistant pass out, her conscience wouldn't have it. If only she wasn't human, then she wouldn't feel so... sympathetic. Even thinking about that word made Yakubi grimace on the inside.
"Hey now." She would reach for her assistant's glass and gently grab it out of her grasp before she'd then take a sip of it. "The last thing I want for you to do is to pass out and then..." She took a big deep breath and forced a smile. "Something... bad... happen to you." She'd use her free hand to call over the bartender to order some water.
Yakubi then awkwardly used the same hand to put it on Sasha's... head, she guessed? And gave it two light pats. Obviously the Raikage wasn't the best comforter, but she was trying her best. "Look, why don't you just sober up a bit? I don't want you getting anymore drunker or sulk more than you're doing. Hell, maybe we can play a little game to cheer you up? Or... just chat for a bit about anything you want?"
The next time something like this ever happened, Yakubi would be sure to let Sasha pass out because this whole comforting gimmick was not working out at all.
