Skill Name: One-Handed Seals
Appearance: The user is able to perform any hand seal with only one hand, leaving the other one free. Nifty!
Function: Enables the user to use only one hand to perform hand seals instead of both.
EXP: 50 EXP
Requirements: Ninjutsu or Weaponry as a primary specialty. Clans that grant this skill for free are not limited by this requirement.
