Bloodline Name: Icy Blood
Bloodline Functions: The user possesses a naturally low body temperature, and cannot be afflicted with hypothermia or frostbite through natural means. Jutsu do not apply to this. Additionally, the user gains access to Ice Release- a special advanced element consisting of water and wind. Despite its name, ice release constructs and jutsu are generally very difficult to melt or shatter. People with Icy Blood tend to be very pale in complexion, possessing graceful and androgynous features.
Bloodline Traits:
-Frigid Constitution: The user gains the ability to increase the power of their Ice Release jutsu by one rank. This ability can only be used once per thread.
-Nimble: The user's body is naturally quick and flexible, receiving a passive +50 to speed.
-Deep Freeze: Each ice release jutsu cast by the user has a ten meter radius in which all non-Yuki in range receive speed debuffs for two posts. Said debuffs per rank are listed below. Debuffs do not scale or stack. In the event that the victim has more than one debuff being applied, the one with more power takes precedence.
