Function: The user forms a dog out of lightning, which sprints to the opponent at jutsu speed. As long as the rope of lightning remains attached to the dog, it can be manipulated to run or jump in any direction. The rope stretches twenty meters. Once the dog is no longer attached, it fizzles out harmlessly.
