Similar to Chidori, lightning coalesces in the user's hand- but it is very concentrated and dense. It radiates in a fifteen centimeter sphere around the user's hand.
Function: The user creates a dense field of lightning chakra around their hand before doing one of several things. Firstly, they could simply charge the target and pierce them, like Chidori. Secondly, they can split the technique between both hands and use it to reduce the power of an oncoming lightning jutsu up to twenty five meters away by the power of this jutsu. Non-user contact with this technique directly effects the nervous system due to the harsh electricity, and will completely numb the body for four posts if the victim survives and is left untreated. This effectively reduces the victim's speed and strength by 50, but the foe's stats numbers cannot be reduced below 1.
The sheer power of this technique grants the user +100 speed for this attack only. This buff stacks safely with active boosters, but in turn makes the user experience extreme tunnel vision, only able to see directly in front of them. Due to this is it next to impossible for the user to either change direction or react to counterattacks without the sharingan.
