Function: The user manipulates strong winds around the other person with their Giant Folding Fan to create a tornado that is twenty-five meters in length and six meters in width. The user must be at a maximum of ten meters away from the tornado so they won't be caught in it. As the person would be lifted and engulfed into the tornado, they would be assaulted by wind blades that are a meter long. The person can escape the tornado if their speed is greater than the jutsu's own.
