Bloodline Name: Ketsuryugan
Bloodline Functions: The Blood Dragon Eye, the famed doujutsu of the Chinoike, is often awakened from birth within the clan. As such, it does not need to be trained to be used. Passively, while the Doujutsu is active, it costs 1 Chakra per post and allows the use of Iron Release jutsu, which can only be used while the eye is active.
Bloodline Traits:
-Ironblooded: The Chinoike's blood is naturally potent in chakra and iron. Clan members who take this trait gain a passive +50 chakra whenever the eye is active.
-Ketsuryugan Genjutsu: A naturally potent catalyst for Genjutsu, clan members who take this trait can remove the hand seals and change the trigger of any genjutsu to eye contact. This, however, increases the technique's cost- the new costs of the genjutsu can be found below. This ability can only be utilized while the Ketsuryugan is active. This cannot be used at the same time as Genjutsu Overload.
