Sayaka has always been so passionate about the next generation of shinobi within Sakyugakure. She always cared about the small, innocent children grow up to be strong and diligent shinobi... who will probably die at some point in their lives if they aren't too skilled or not lucky enough. But that wouldn't matter! After all, there will be always more children and the like to replace those that weren't competent enough for the job. A part of her feels slightly sorrowful that such children are built and trained to face danger. She'd hope that such children or adults who were Genin and oblivious to the ninja world would cherish what they had now before they level up to more horrific tasks. Oh, how they can die so young. And that was one of the reasons why Sayaka had decided to take a quick look around the village's academy. She was here for two reasons: one major one was to admire the scenery the building had to offer. It was in fact a lovely sight to take in. With Sakyugakure's boasting and strong economy, they were able to create one of the most luxurious and brilliant academies in the entire shinobi world. Of course, thanks to Sayaka's idea to reconstruct it altogether for students to learn more comfortably and instructors to teach more efficiently. Her ego would say that Sakyugakure has one of the best education systems with her help of reforming it. The second reason why Sayaka decided to visit was to see how the classes were doing; essentially seeing if they were on their best behavior and gave their instructors no hassle. She wanted to make sure everything from structure to teachings were on par. The last thing she wanted to witness was someone disrupting the academy or even went as far as to vandalize something Sayaka poured her heart in. She would be sure to give them hell and a lesson they would never forget. Even if they were the smallest child, her punishments and torture (if it ever resolved to such matters) saw no limit in who gets it and made sure that such ill actions would be ceased to continue. Both hands were held behind her back while Sayaka sweetly hummed in the peacefully quiet halls with a soft smile on her lips. Both sides of the halls were filled with large sliding doors that contained large polished classrooms that could hold at least hold forty students behind them. From some of them, she could hear faint voices, mainly from the instructors. Others, she heard light chatter among the class. Not too loud, just how Sayaka expected it to be. She may had a few loose screws in her head that made her either the enemy of the public or shockingly admired by some, but what couldn't be denied was her pride for her village. Even though she has been wronged from it, she couldn't change the fact that she came from Sakyugakure. And no matter how people would see it, Sayaka was the one that ran it and had full authority over it. "Choices, choices, choices~" Sayaka cooed to herself as her eyes darted left to right to see which classroom she should check on. She stopped in front of a random door and reached for the handle to slide it open. While it opened, a few heads turned to Sayaka's directions and collective quiet gasps echoed within the classroom. It didn't take long before the whole class looked to see what the gasps were about before they made their own. She would never get tired of the shocked look of people's faces whenever Sayaka arrived in a public area. The attention, let it be positive or otherwise, felt amazing. Those that didn't like Sayaka for whatever reason refuse to acknowledge her as their Taiyokage. Fortunately, reality would stick by her side that she was. That, or Sayaka could force reality onto them. She made a friendly nod towards the class as she leaned against the door frame with both arms crossed and head tilted away from said frame. There, she spotted a rather remarkable young white haired woman that stood in front of the green board. The dress she wore was a bit too sultry for young children's eyes, but Sayaka was enjoying the view. She couldn't help but felt her soft smile that reassured candidness and a warm atmosphere into a predatory smile with furrowed eyebrows that was ready to pounce and slaughter their prey. A smile like that was made for various reasons; although most of them did include inappropriate and lewd thoughts about the woman. But Sayaka was more interested to see if the instructor would break under her intense stare, to see if she could keep her professional in front of a controversial figure like the Taiyokage. A few were able to keep their cool while most had, at one point, lost their cool. Not that there was anything wrong with it. It was just fun to watch was all. WC: 840

Ryoka never saw herself as someone to be... nurturing, to say the very least. Nurturing was far from what she'd describe herself to be. Hell, she never really saw herself teaching a class full of children and some adults about what it took to become a ninja. That was until after she realized that her strength would never be on par with her older brother. He advanced while Ryoka struggled to keep up. Maybe that was why she decided to become an instructor. To help those that are struggling to advance. If she wasn't able to become stronger, then the least she could do was offer the wisdom and knowledge that she knew and passed it onto the next generation of Sakyugakure ninjas. It was either her true thoughts on her motivation of becoming an instructor or... well, an illusion that she tricked herself into believing was her motive.
"Alright." Ryoka's voice boomed in the air loud and clear with complete confidence and authority. One hand was on the hip and the other one held chalk that dashed against the green chalkboard. She currently taught two subjects: history, politics, and Genjutsu. Ninjutsu was a widely accepted specialty that the majority of ninja in the world utilize, but her class was different.
She wanted to teach those that wanted to learn how to utilize Genjutsu. Her main specialty was Genjutsu, so it was natural for her to teach it. She also took it upon herself to educate students on the history and politics of Sakyugakure and other events from other villages. She wanted to make sure her students knew the history of the world that they resided in and how it flowed together. To be blessed with knowledge that may help them whenever fate decides they need it.
Quick tapping noise emitted from the chalk used to write on the board. "We're going to take a quick break from Genjutsu and take a quick switch into what we talked about last class about politics within Sakyugakure." She explained. Politics was a very touchy subject if it wasn't approached with open mindedness and an unbiased attitude towards any party to avoid influencing others with her own views and instead encourage them to think for themselves.
Before she could even continue with what she wanted to say, she heard the door open. Ryoka paid no mind to whoever walked in. There were a few absent students, so she only assumed that they decided to come in so late into the lesson. It didn't matter, she wasn't going to pay them any sort of mind and continue on with her lesson. She was going to continue. "I know I've only done a brief introduction to politics but never dove into how it works and influences our world. Specifically in Sakyugakure." She said with her face still towards the board.
That was when she heard gasps echoed among themselves and a few murmurs of excitement and curiosity. Ryoka knew no one was excited, or perhaps most of the class anyway, about learning a "boring" topic like politics. When she only turned her head to see what was the fuss about, it was like the moment she mentioned politics did a very important yet controversial figure had entered in her classroom. Sayaka Chinoike. The woman who believed Ryoka wasn't ready to rank up and... the big bad wolf that ran Sakyugakure.
Oh yes, she was the villain that everyone adored, hated, or both in that matter. Ryoka rather kept a surprisingly neutral stance on the current Taiyokage. She may appear to be... far from rational and reasonable as Ryoka put it, but she wouldn't have a problem admitting that there were some less insane and vindictive traits that she admired. Strong minded, confident, surprisingly protective over her village and most people that lived in it, and lived in the moment while somehow managing to hold some responsibility.
And there she stood by the door frame with a menacing smile and eyes that were ready to stab through her chest. Ryoka responded with a deadpan expression and turned her whole body around to face the classroom. "Politics breeds excellent leaders that can move a village or group to a brighter future. And then there's politics that create vindictive and controversial figures who would use their power for malicious intent. Depending on how much they use it and what they use it for." The second statement she said about politics was when leaned forward and made it more clear that her complete attention was on Sayaka, this time a small frown on her lips was visible.
The class then began to murmur in shock as they inferred that Ryoka described Sayaka, but stopped short when she made another announcement. "Alright, class. I'll give you ten minutes to take a break. Do whatever that won't get you in trouble." The class went silent when they then witnessed Ryoka strictly marching to the pink haired woman and roughly grabbed her by the fabric near her waist and yanked it to signal Sayaka to come out of the door frame.
"You have exactly thirty seconds to explain to me why you dare decide to not only arrive without giving me any notice and dare try to disrupt my classroom." Ryoka gently snarled with eyes filled with anger.
"You may be the Taiyokage and you may rule with an iron fist, but what you will NOT do is disturb my lessons." She continued on with a sneer.
